Request deletion

Send a message from the email linked to your OddCall account to oddballleague001@gmail.com, with subject OddCall Account Deletion Request. Include your account email and display name. Do not send your password.

What happens next

Opening your email app does not submit a request; send the message to begin. We handle deletion requests manually and may need to verify account ownership. This is not an instant deletion button.

We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If a permitted extension is needed, we explain why within the first month. We will confirm the action taken and explain any information retained, its reason and the relevant period or criteria.

Information reviewed

The review covers your authentication account, private profile, predictions, scores, league memberships, push registrations and related personal communication records. Removing or de-identifying linked records can affect league participation, historical rankings and weekly highlights. We also review any leagues you own so that other players' accounts are not removed with yours.

Information may be retained where required by law or necessary to address an outstanding request or dispute. Details are explained in the response to your request.

Signing out and uninstalling

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete the account or its information. On the website, My Profile → Request account deletion opens this page. See the Privacy Notice for your other rights.
